Job title: Facilities Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Leeds, LS5 area
Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 12 months, hybrid working
Job description:
1. This is a key role that will ensure our offices in Leeds are safe and welcoming for all our colleagues, customers and visitors
2. Managing the 4 floors of the building
3. Initial 2-3 week handover
4. You and your team will deliver a first class colleague and customer experience every day, supporting high levels of colleague engagement through the facilities we provide
5. You will manage the Health and Safety of Kirkstall Forge, our satellite office and for our remote colleagues.
6. You'll lead on projects and initiatives that maintain and enhance our colleague workplace
7. contribute to new business tenders, ISO accreditations and our Sustainability agenda as well as ensuring that all relevant procedures and measures are maintained to enable an effective blended working environment
8. Additionally, you will take the lead on arranging our annual Christmas Party and support any other social events as and when required
Essnsial Skills and experience:
9. Facilities Management Experience with a focus on delivering an excellent colleague and customer experience
10. Health and Safety experience within an office/remote worker context
11. Knowledge of working with suppliers and managing contract negotiations
12. Experience of leading a small team
13. A full UK driving licence
14. IOSH / NEBOSH - desirable
15. IWFM qualification - desirable
16. Flexibility for any out of hours / emergencies
17. Managing and monitoring of the Facilities/Office budget, including invoice approvals
