What We’re Looking For
•Significant experience in a high volume restaurant, hotel or leisure management setting at an Assistant General Manager or General Manager level
•University Degree or equivalent experience
•Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
•Ability to work on a team
•Energy and enthusiasm
•A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
•Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
•Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
