We are partnering with a leading global premium luxury brand to find a Customer Operations Project Manager to drive CRM and customer marketing delivery across email, lifecycle campaigns and one-to-many communications.
This role sits at the heart of marketing execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time and to a high standard for iconic fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
Out client is prioritising hands-on email + CRM campaign delivery experience – not just project oversight.
The Opportunity
* Own delivery of customer marketing campaigns across email and lifecycle journeys
* Drive operational excellence across campaign workflows and production
* Act as the link between marketing, creative and technical teams
* Oversee external production partners and scale delivery capacity
* Improve processes, systems and ways of working
Key Responsibilities
* Manage campaign timelines, dependencies and delivery
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure clarity across briefs, assets and production delivery
* Identify risks early and keep projects on track
* Support CRM and Martech project alignment
Requirements
* Experience in CRM, email marketing or digital campaign project management
* Strong workflow, delivery and content pipeline experience
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Highly organised with a proactive mindset
