We're proud to be a local favourite and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager to help us keep raising the bar.
You’ll need to bring solid experience in hospitality management and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings. You’re someone who leads from the front, keeps a cool head under pressure, and knows how to bring the best out of a team. Our crew is tight-knit, passionate, and all about creating brilliant guest experiences — we work hard, play hard, and genuinely love what we do.
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the business. That means running smooth shifts, keeping service levels sky-high, and helping drive the continued success of the best pub in the area. We want someone who’s hands-on, full of ideas, and ready to make their mark.

The Role
* As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
* Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
* Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
* This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as you will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

* Must have minimum 1 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at
