About the Role
:
Due to contract expansion, we are looking for an Electrician to join our team voids team!
You will be required to visit void and domestic properties on Day 1 of works being completed by the wider team to check all initial electrical checks and ensure that the property is safe for the works to be completed.
You will then revisit the property on day 6 to sign of the electrical works after the trades team have finished. You will tidy up the works, and close of plug sockets.
This will be a mix of on site inspections and office based work to complete paperwork and sign off.
You must have experience of installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of IET Wiring Regulations and knowledge to install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and have the ability to fill in correctly the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report.
Role Criteria:
1. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
2. City & Guilds 18th Edition
3. Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent (Beneficial not necessity)
It would be advantageous to have worked in domestic and or social housing previously.
