The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to work closely with an experienced Partner in their growing Porthcawl office. You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, with a steady stream of work generated through strong relationships with local estate agents.
This is a great chance to become a key part of a close-knit team in a firm that truly values its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, sales, and purchases.
* Providing a high level of client care and communication.
* Working closely with the Partner and wider team to ensure smooth and efficient case progression.
About You
* 2+ years’ experience in a conveyancing role.
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures.
* Proactive, highly organised, and keen to be part of a growing team.
* Excellent client relationship management skills.
