1. Providing exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
2. Monitoring premises and visitors via CCTV and x-ray machines, along with security checks such as using hand-held metal detectors and bag searches on arrival.
3. Patrolling and securing access to buildings and satellite sites, maintaining communication with the control room via hand-held radios.
4. Responding to panic alarm buttons in Judges' rooms, courts, and offices.
5. Responding to security issues within the complex, recording, and reporting incidents.
Essential requirements include:
* Right to Work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance.
* SIA Licence.
* Strong people and customer service skills.
* A UK driving licence or the ability to access different sites.
* Good diligence and high standards of work.
* Effective communication skills.
