The position
This position will be full time - 5 days per week Tuesday-Saturday (4 days a week would also be considered).
Qualifications
Applicants must have NVQ2 plus massage or NVQ3 in beauty.
Additional qualfications in advanced treatments such as micro needling, peels, laser hair removal, CACI, intimate waxing would be an advantage but not essential.
Training with Dermalogica is advantageous. We are a Dermalogica Platinum Account and have worked with the brand since 2008. You will have access to Dermalogica's World renowned training program where you will be able to work your way up to Expert level. If you aren't already trained in advanced facials, you will have the opportunity to train in these.
You'll also have the opportunity to train in the viral Japanese head spa treatment, which is fast becoming one of our most popular treatments.
With a large treatment menu, you will have a varied day. We love our therapists to specialise in the areas that they love and encourage them to grow and develop in those treatments. Candidates should be passionate about massage, facials and spa rituals, as we are a spa environment.
We work on a tiered therapist system with Beauty (or massage) therapist, Expert Therapist and Master Therapist. Your level of experience, along with reaching kpi's will allow you to move up through the tiers. We offer other opportunities to grow in the industry including becoming a trainer and management roles. Our trainers are put through their AET teaching qualification which is a great career progression.
