We are currently seeking to recruit Health Care Assistants for both day and night shifts with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

About You
You will ideally have experience within a Nursing and Residential care home setting.
You will preferably hold an NVQ 2 qualification, but if not, a willingness to obtain the qualifications would be valued.
You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
You will have the right to work within the UK.
