Job Description
* Design and deliver impactful internal learning programmes with a strong focus on leadership development and capability building.
* Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, ensuring future leaders are identified and nurtured.
* Partner with HR and business leaders to align development activities to PDR outcomes, operational needs, and growth priorities.
* Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, introducing new delivery methods including digital / blended learning.
* Build and maintain a learning culture by managing development resources, approved suppliers, and group-wide L&D frameworks.
