We have an opportunity for an experienced Anaesthetic Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner who is passionate about delivering excellent standards of care in an Outstanding trust.
We are seeking not only a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated band 6 Theatre Practitioner, but one with sound clinical skills to support our anaesthetics services across the Trust. We have 10 operating theatres including CEPOD and trauma. We also cover out of department areas and anaesthetic emergencies across the hospital.
You will need to have excellent communication skills with an emphasis on leadership, role modelling and specialised clinical skills.
The service we provide is 24/7 therefore the post holder will be part of shift rotation, night duty and an on-call commitment. We pride ourselves on supporting staff through professional development with in-house training as well as formal educational courses through local universities.
