Job Title: Workshop Administrator and Receptionist
We are seeking a Workshop Administrator and Receptionist based at our Stores Road Workshop.
Note: We only accept applications from existing Derby Homes and Derby City Council employees. Certain agency workers meeting specific criteria under the Agency Workers Regulations (2010) may also apply.
About the Role
The successful candidate will greet visitors, work closely with workshop staff, perform a wide range of administrative tasks, liaise with suppliers and customers, and assist in workshop activities such as locating parts and vehicle collection/delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact in the workshop, greeting visitors and managing phone inquiries
* Coordinate vehicle deliveries, pickups, and defect reports from various departments
* Communicate vehicle progress with internal teams and suppliers
* Utilize internal systems and Fleet Management software to record work accurately
* Assist in various workshop activities outside of administrative duties as needed

* Understanding of preventative maintenance regimes
