Sewell Wallis is working with a well-established North Yorkshire business, based in the York area, who are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the business on a temporary basis.
The successful Accounts Assistant candidate will be working in all areas across the Finance department, so they must be adaptable, hardworking, have good organisational & communication skills, be IT literate and be able to work to tight deadlines. You must also be available to start immediately.
What will you be doing?
Processing invoices
Raise purchase orders
Processing purchase invoices
Post outgoing bank payments
Statement reconciliations
Processing weekly payment runs
Dealing with supplier queriesWhat skills are we looking for?
A minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts.
Strong communication skills.
Good organisational skills.
Have the ability to multitask and have good attention to detail.What's on offer?
