We are looking for a skilled and flexible *Roaming Vehicle Technician / Mechanic* to join our team, based in *Hereford* and travelling across our group of branches as required. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys variety in their role and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You will play a key role in supporting our workshops across the group, ensuring the safety, reliability, and longevity of customer vehicles through expert diagnostics, servicing, and repairs. A company van is provided for both business and private use, allowing you to travel between sites and provide support wherever needed.

*Who You Are:*
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working on light vehicles
* Hold *a Level 3 Certificate* (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own tools
* Prefer to work in a team environment
* Able to manage the time allowed for each job to ensure deadlines are met
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area
* Strong attention to detail
* Customer-focused approach
* Enjoy working in a busy environment
* Flexible and willing to travel between branches as required
*As the Roaming Vehicle Technician / Mechanic:*
* You will ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of vehicles through high-quality servicing and repairs
* Comply with health and safety standards, including ongoing training
* Use your broad technical knowledge to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems
* Provide workshop support across multiple branch locations within the group
* Travel between our branches and work where needed to support operational requirements
*Main Duties:*
* Confirm reported vehicle issues, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs
* Diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Carry out routine repairs and scheduled maintenance
* Complete vehicle health checks combined with video presentations of vehicle condition
* Advise on any future work that may be identified
* Keep up to date with technology changes through regular manufacturer training
