Ever finished a utility survey knowing you absolutely nailed it? That’s the standard at Lucion Survey — and we’re looking for a Utility Surveyor who takes real pride in getting it right first time.
You’ll be working on a mix of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, using the latest kit, backed by a team who actually understand what good surveying looks like (and why it matters).
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Carrying out PAS 128 utility surveys using GPR, EML, and other clever bits of kit
*
Turning site data into clear, accurate survey outputs
*
Working alongside clients, project managers, and site teams (no silos here)
*
Keeping safety, quality, and accuracy front and centre — always
*
Helping less experienced surveyors learn the ropes
What We’re Hoping You’ll Bring
*
Solid experience as a Utility Surveyor
*
A proper understanding of PAS 128 (not just the buzzwords)
*
Confidence with GPR and EML equipment
*
A good eye for detail and pride in tidy, accurate work
*
Full UK driving licence
*
CSCS card (nice to have, not a deal-breaker)
