What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy cases from initial advice through to contested hearings and settlements
* Representing clients at Court, advocating with skill and compassion
* Mentoring and developing junior solicitors and paralegals, sharing your expertise to strengthen our team
* Building long-term client relationships through clear, practical advice and excellent communication
* Contributing to Farleys’ leadership team by delivering in-house training and staying ahead of legal developments
Who you are:
* Senior Associate/Partner with 8+ years’ PQE in family law, handling contested cases independently
* Commercially aware, balancing high-quality advice with cost-effective solutions
* An empathetic communicator who inspires confidence in clients and colleagues alike
* A natural leader and mentor, passionate about developing a supportive, collaborative culture
* Ideally a Family Panel member
