Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire & Security Engineer to take a lead role in the installation, servicing and maintenance of fire and electronic security systems across commercial and industrial sites. This is a hands-on position with added responsibility for technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service. Key Responsibilities * Lead and carry out the installation, servicing and maintenance of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems. * Diagnose and resolve complex faults efficiently across multi-discipline systems. * Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM), inspections and testing in line with current British Standards and industry regulations. * Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers, promoting best practice and skills development. * Act as a technical point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and customer-focused service. * Accurately complete service reports, certification and system documentation. * Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs when required. * Work closely with project and operations teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
