Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, processing client instructions, supporting AML and fraud prevention, and ensuring accurate account maintenance. You’ll follow all internal policies and procedures, provide thoughtful support to vulnerable customers, champion sustainability initiatives and may also assist with teller‑related duties.
To succeed, you’ll bring a minimum of five GCSEs (including English and Maths), a flexible and
adaptable mindset, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑changing environment.
