Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a personal injury claims handle based in Oldham. Predominantly handling RTA cases but experience in EL/PL and medical negligence cases is advantageous.
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
The role involves managing Road Traffic Accident (RTA) personal injury claims, assessing and processing claims, and communicating effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties. The individual will handle cases from inception to settlement, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Experience
* Proven experience in Claims Handling and Claims Management, particularly in RTA and personal injury cases although experience in a similar field will be suitable as training can be provided.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
* Ability to manage caseloads independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and familiarity with case management systems.
