We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Team leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse team members and ensuring efficiency in daily tasks such as stock management, order fulfilment, and Health & Safety compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods in, storage, and dispatch. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational goals. Monitor and manage staff performance, providing regular feedback and conducting training as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies. Oversee stock control, inventory management, and accurate order fulfilment. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED: Experience of managing 10 people Proven experience working within a warehouse FLT experience would be an advantage as there would be a requirement to learn & use the trucks. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
