We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client a Service Administrator to join their existing team. The ideal candidate will be required to: log, manage, monitor, and control workflow of jobs through our Client Management System. Ensure routine maintenance is completed in line with the agreed programme of works and to relevant standards, data entry of service assets sheets Act as a point of contact for clients and their stakeholders Monitor the progress and completion of jobs in line with performance requirements Develop close working relationships with area managers, supervisors and field engineers, planning and scheduling jobs and workloads on a daily and weekly basis Provide relevant work instructions/site information to engineers Assist in the completion of daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports (including daily performance, non-conformance and volume reports) within specified deadlines when required Handle faults telephone enquiries from members of the public, clients and staff and take messages Ordering of parts/equipment for new installations, callout faults or stock Allocation of parts upon delivery for engineers or stock & assist in the management of stores (some light lifting required) Build and develop effective internal and external relationships Recognise and promote equal opportunities policy and practice at work Assist in maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety legislation and policy Respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time as appropriate to the post Full Time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
