We are currently recruiting for a Teacher, Cover Supervisor, or Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive specialist school based in Amersham.

The Role
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons (Teacher role)
* Supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff (Cover Supervisor role)
* Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis (Teaching Assistant role)
* Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
* Supporting students’ social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people (SEN experience highly desirable)
* Be adaptable, patient, and resilient
* Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Be passionate about supporting students with additional needs
* Be available from 13th April through to the end of the academic year
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
