About the role: We are looking for someone to support the Account Managers by developing a solid understanding of our products, services and customer base. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders and providing administrative support. Responsible for: Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing product information Process customer orders and quotations accurately. Monitor and track sales orders and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks and reporting Build and maintain strong customer relationships Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order completion. Participate in training to develop product and industry knowledge. Adhering to all QHSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant environment. What experience do you need to have: Must have good communication ability. You will have good basic arithmetic and an understanding of percentages. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.
