What do they look for in a Software Developer?
The development team works very closely white-boarding, pair programming and architecting as a team while peer reviewing every line of code.
They promote having fun while you work and work in an agile way using the Scrum framework, this ensures they regularly deliver value to their customers.
The development team works closely with the product owner team, the account managers and the ops team to provide customers the best possible experience while ensuring their apps are stable and running.
The current tech stack includes but is not limited to:
* PHP
* Slim Framework
* Javascript
* React
* MySQL
They won’t however need you to have experience with these specifically, as long as you have commercial experience with other modern programming languages.
What are they looking for in you?
You should be able to demonstrate your experience with MVC frameworks and/or modern JavaScript frameworks.
You should also be able to relate to some of the experiences below, if you can’t this is not a problem as a willingness to learn goes a long way!
* Accessibility best practices and standards
* Testing frameworks
* Software design best practices
* Source control, specifically Git
