Job Description:
* Liaise with potential and current customers for routine service, maintenance, or repair bookings via outbound calls.
* Handle inbound service bookings efficiently.
* Maintain customer database and call logs.
* Provide product and service information, answer questions, and assist customers.
* Identify and overcome objections to secure bookings.
* Promote additional products, services, and repair work as appropriate.
* Achieve targets for outbound and inbound calls, contributing to customer retention.
* Follow-up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
* Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and database management.
* Customer-focused with adaptability to different personalities.
* Confident communication skills, ability to upsell and gain commitments.
* Organisational skills and ability to meet targets.
* Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call centre systems.
* Knowledge of the motor trade, particularly Pinewood Pinnacle DMS.
* Previous contact centre experience.
