Key Responsibilities:
* Support design development from concept through to technical packages using AutoCAD and Revit.
* Prepare planning submissions, presentations, and reports.
* Assist with feasibility studies, environmental assessments, and site visits.
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Contribute to internal reviews, innovation sessions, and team-wide learning.
* Ensure all work complies with current UK regulations and health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* RIBA Part 1, Part 2 or Part 3 qualification (or equivalent).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
* A genuine passion for architecture, teamwork and continual learning.
* Awareness of UK planning and construction processes (depth of knowledge aligned to your level).
