Ayming UK is looking for an Office Administrator to join our thriving team in the heart of London.
Your main responsabilities will be :
* Office Operations & Support
Support the Executive Assistant and contribute to the smooth daily functioning of the office by managing multiple demands, maintaining supplies, and addressing operational needs.
* Professional Administrative Experience – Demonstrated experience in managing documentation, scheduling, calendar coordination, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
* Office Environment & Logistics
Maintain a clean, organised workspace (kitchen, meeting rooms, communal areas), manage equipment, resolve issues, and assist with events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Employee & Onboarding Support
Manage inventories (lockers, headsets), assist with onboarding and training of new joiners, and support internal processes like desk setups and policy adherence.
Qualifications
* Professionalism & Reliability – Be punctual, responsible, well-organised, and presentable with excellent communication skills.
* Administrative Skills – Have prior administrative experience and the ability to manage documents, scheduling, and calendar updates.
* Technical Proficiency – Be confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Initiative & Flexibility – Demonstrate proactivity in learning, problem-solving, and taking ownership of tasks, with flexibility to adapt to changing office needs and priorities.
