Hours - Full time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)

Pertemps is delighted to be partnering with Buckinghamshire Council to recruit an experienced and forward-thinking Resourcing Lead to join their HR & OD team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activity across a broad range of service areas, supporting the Council's ambition to attract, engage and retain exceptional talent.
The successful candidate will manage permanent, fixed-term and temporary recruitment campaigns, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver an outstanding recruitment service and candidate experience. The role will also play a key part in workforce planning, market mapping, talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
What you'll be doing:
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple service areas
* Providing expert recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholders
* Developing innovative attraction and retention strategies
* Supporting hard-to-fill and senior recruitment campaigns
* Conducting market mapping and candidate engagement activity
* Leading on process improvements and recruitment best practice
* Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
* Supporting KPI delivery including vacancy fill rates and time to hire
What we're looking for:
To be considered, applicants will demonstrate:
* Significant recruitment experience within a large or complex organisation
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
* Knowledge of recruitment legislation, policy and best practice
* Experience of talent attraction, market mapping and candidate engagement
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
Experience within the public sector and knowledge of systems such as Service Now and Talent Link would be advantageous.
