Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver the site people plan
* Lead across the full employee lifecycle including ER, engagement, recruitment and L&D
* Drive initiatives across reward, recognition, EDI and wellbeing
* Support and develop a small team of HR Advisors
* Influence decision-making and challenge where needed to improve outcomes
* Build strong stakeholder relationships to support delivery of HR strategy
What we’re looking for in a HR Business Partner
* Previous experience operating in a Business Partner or Manager level HR role
* Experience within a fast-paced environment such as logistics, retail or manufacturing
* Strong Employee Relations knowledge across complex casework
* Experience supporting and developing team members
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
Working hours: Monday to Friday, on-site
