Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – Energy & Infrastructure
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Freelance/Contract) to support the delivery of high-voltage transmission and distribution projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to complex energy infrastructure work on a flexible basis.
What you’ll do:

Take the lead on commercial management across projects.
*
Oversee budgets, cashflow, reporting, and subcontractor payments.
*
Drive contract administration under NEC (Options A & E).
*
Lead negotiations with clients and supply chain partners.
What we’re looking for:
*
Proven track record as an SQS in contracting, ideally within energy, utilities, or infrastructure.
*
Strong NEC expertise (especially Options A & E).
*
Excellent financial control and communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
