Are you detail-driven with strong Excel skills and Legal Cashier experience? Join our Finance team as an Integration Reconciliation Analyst, where you’ll help resolve supplier queries, reconcile balances, and support our growing business.

Main responsibilities:
11. Investigating and resolving supplier queries across a range of case management systems
12. Liaising with disbursement suppliers to reconcile statements and update matter references
13. Reviewing client and office balances on acquired matters
14. Processing disbursement payments
15. Reviewing invoices on matters to balance ledgers
16. Reconciling data within Excel
17. Assisting with queries from team members across the business
18. Working closely with the Finance Integration team
19. Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
20. Other administrative tasks as required
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
21. Attention to Detail
22. Strong Excel/Microsoft skills
23. Ability to communicate effectively
24. Legal Cashier experience
Desired qualifications, skills and experience:
25. Working with a case management system
26. Involvement in acquisition/integration process
