Due to continued growth, the Trades division is expanding, and the business is now seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a busy, high-demand market. The Role This is a full 360 recruitment position with a strong emphasis on business development. You will be responsible for building and growing a Trades desk, developing long-term client relationships, and placing skilled trades professionals into temporary and permanent roles. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a Trades recruitment desk within a high-activity market Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Manage the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates Drive consistent business development activity to maximise revenue Deliver a professional, service-led experience to clients and candidates Work collaboratively with colleagues to support wider business goals What Youll Bring Success in this role requires a combination of commercial instinct, resilience, and ambition.
