Anderson Knight is proud to be working with a leading organisation currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Partner to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident ER professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about shaping positive employee experiences through fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices. The Role: As the ER Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across the business to deliver proactive and strategic employee relations support. You'll play a key role in ensuring alignment between ER initiatives, business objectives, and legal obligations while promoting a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture. You will manage complex ER cases, coach line managers, analyse ER trends and data, and contribute to policy development. The role also includes mentoring and coaching ER Advisors while supporting the wider People team. Key Responsibilities: Manage a range of ER matters, including performance, conduct, capability, grievances, sickness absence, discrimination, and dignity at work. Coach and advise managers on ER issues, ensuring consistent and compliant resolution. Liaise with external legal providers as needed to support casework. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through accurate advice and practical support. Support the performance management process, including Performance Improvement Plans. Maintain and update ER policies to ensure alignment with current legislation. Monitor and report on ER activity, using data to identify trends and recommend improvements. What We’re Looking For: Strong background in employee relations, including managing complex and high-risk cases. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and influence positive outcomes. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Experience using ER data and trends to drive insight and improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Calm, resilient, and effective under pressure, especially in emotionally charged or ambiguous situations. Proactive and outcome-focused with sound judgment and a coaching mindset. Why Apply?
