A large utilities organisation is looking for a proactive and highly organised Secretary to support Director level stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent administrative, communication, and time management skills. You'll be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time permanent role and will be based onsite in Warrington, the working hours are 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Directors and their teams
* Manage inboxes and diaries, coordinate travel and accommodation
* Prepare meeting documentation including agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing packs
* Organise external meetings and functions, and manage meeting room bookings
* Raise purchase orders and support procurement processes
* Provide holiday and absence cover for other secretaries as needed
* Prioritise conflicting demands and work independently with a proactive approach
Skills & Experience
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
* Experience in a similar role is preferred
