The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a Financial Controller role, although assistant controllers or Snr Finance Managers will be considered.You must be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE - ACA/ACCA or equivalent.Proficient excel skills.Extensive relevant work experience, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.Experience using SAP S4 Hana or similar system.Continuous improvement mindset and approach to processes.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Able to adapt in a dynamic and demanding growth environment.Strong people leadership and development skills.
