Electrician (Level 3)
Location: HMP Coldingley, Shaftesbury Rd, Bisley, Woking GU24 9EX
Salary: £41,818.21 per annum + £3k per annum RRA
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 39 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our team at HMP Coldingley, a category C adult male prison. Join a supportive team working Monday to Friday to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Team and Culture
Work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in a prison environment.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Participate in planned preventive maintenance operations.
Candidate Requirements
* At least two years of experience as an electrician.
* Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems.
* Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance.
* Qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
* 18th Edition certification.
* Certificate in BS7671.
* Good health & safety knowledge.
* Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
