The Dog & Fox is looking for a Baker / Breakfast Chef to work overnight and early mornings, producing fresh bakery goods and delivering a quality breakfast service.

Job Responsibilities

Bake fresh bread, pastries, and bakery items overnight

Prepare and serve breakfast dishes to a high standard

Set up and run breakfast service independently
*
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and consistency at all times

Shift: 2:00am/3:00am start – finishing at 11:00am
*
Early starts required (coffee encouraged, alarm clock essential)

About You

Experience as a baker, breakfast chef, or similar role
*
Comfortable working overnight / early morning shifts
*
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
*
Passionate about fresh food and doing things properly (even at 4am)
