1. The ability to identify training needs in relation to policy and legislative requirements and developments
2. The ability to develop and deliver a Learning & Development Strategy
3. The ability to work autonomously and in partnership with other agencies, including those in neighbouring Child Protection Committee areas, to develop and deliver training programmes and other learning and development initiatives
4. The ability to assist in the development of systems for organising (and statistically recording) child protection training activity, quality assuring and evaluation of same
