About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior HR Partner & HR Analyst to support our HR team with high-quality HR partnering while driving actionable people insights.
You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, support HR processes, and help shape decision-making through data, dashboards, and meaningful commentary (not just numbers!).
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a broad HR foundation while developing cutting‑edge analytical skills.
What You’ll Do
HR Partnering & Support
* Be a first point of contact for routine HR queries, ensuring a positive employee experience
* Support the employee lifecycle: documentation, case handling, coordination
* Assist with organizational transformation activities, reporting, and prep
* Support employee relations cases with professionalism & confidentiality
* Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless HR delivery
* Prepare HR presentations for talent reviews, calibrations, and engagement discussions
* Provide commentary on trends, root causes, and recommended actions
People Analytics & Insights
* Build dashboards, reports, and presentations
* Translate data into insights leaders can act on
* Support processes such as workforce planning, compensation cycles, and performance management
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or similar
* 2–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR Generalist support, analytics, or reporting
* Strong analytical ability; comfortable with Excel (pivots, lookups), PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau a plus
* Experience with HR metrics, dashboards, or performance/comp cycles
* Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data confidentiality
* Strong communication skills—able to explain insights clearly
* Fluent English; German is a plus
* Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
