An established and growing NI owned business is looking to appoint a new Financial Controller to lead its finance function and support the companys continued expansion. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for financial governance, reporting, compliance, and commercial support across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, improving systems, and delivering robust financial insight to support strategic decision-making. Benefits £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) Private medical 32 days leave Onsite parking Company pension The Role Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting for senior management and external stakeholders Production of annual statutory accounts and management of the year-end audit process Budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and cashflow management Commercial support including pricing models, contract reviews, and financial appraisals Oversight of VAT, PAYE, payroll, and all statutory returns Banking, capital expenditure monitoring, and cashflow forecasting Management of insurance programmes and external professional relationships Company secretarial responsibilities and statutory filings Leadership and development of the finance team The Person Fully qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience managing a team Strong in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis A confident communicator with the ability to partner operational and commercial teams Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Apply below or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full details.
