Fram are working on a great opportunity to join a growing Financial Planning firm based in Oxfordshire. Our client is looking to hire a Chartered Financial Advisor, although will consider level 4 if applicant is happy to work toward Chartered Status, to take over a book of clients. They have full Paraplanning and Administration support on a 121 bases, the firm is independent, directly authorised and offer a range of advice. They have their own central investment proposition but offer a bespoke services allowing advisors to use other DFM's. The role comes with a book of clients and introductions to solicitors and accountant in their networks to help the advisors develop new business.
Key responsibilities :
* Provide holistic financial planning advice to existing and potential clients, identifying and delivering suitable solutions tailored to their financial needs.
* Focus on delivering good client outcomes within an FCA regulated environment, maintaining compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing advice and service as required.
* Continuously strive for professional development with an ambition to achieve Chartered status.
* Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide the best advice possible.
* Comply with the relevant compliance, TCF, T&C and financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times
* Follow appropriate ethical standards within the firm at all times and comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules at all times
* To be responsible for the proactive and positive implementation of Consumer Duty, to pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairly, act in good faith towards retail customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support retail customers to pursue their financial objectives. Above all, the aim is to deliver good outcomes for customers at all times
We are keen to hear from qualified Financial Advisers, ideally Chartered of close too. You should have a track record of retaining and developing client relationships, and growing business.
