We’re working with a beautiful country house hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, looking for an experienced Head Chef to take the reins of their kitchen and lead a talented brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef who thrives in a luxury hotel environment and is ready to put their mark on a renowned property.

1. £50,000 per annum plus service charge
2. Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
6. Overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s culinary offering, from restaurant service to banqueting and afternoon tea
7. Leading, training and motivating a brigade of 8 chefs to consistently deliver high standards
8. Menu planning and development, working with local, seasonal produce to reflect the hotel’s setting
9. Managing kitchen costs, GP and stock control while maintaining uncompromised quality
10. Collaborating with senior management to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence

11. Is a proven Head Chef with a strong hotel background
12. Thrives in a busy, multi-outlet environment with a keen eye for detail
13. Brings creativity, organisation and a hands-on approach to the kitchen
14. Has strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a close-knit team
