Your Role
In this hands-on position, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our site through:
* Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of production and ancillary equipment.
* Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
* Conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvements.
* Maintaining accurate maintenance records and creating PPM schedules.
* Overseeing safe systems of work and ensuring all documentation is in place.
* Focusing on health, safety, and food quality standards while supporting operator training.

Your Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will:
* Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
* Reduce downtime through effective fault-finding and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Work closely with production teams and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.
* Maintain high standards in health, safety, and food quality.
* Develop PPM schedules and support knowledge-sharing across teams.
