My client is a leading social housing contractor, who specialise in regeneration schemes. Owing to increased work they are looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Resident Liaison Officer to be based around sites in the Boston area. This contract is covering planned works including Boiler Upgrades, E.W.I and Kitchen and Bathrooms.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.
Duties include:
Pre-entry visits and company inductions
Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
Visiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues

The rate of pay is £15 - £15.50 per hour
Mileage included
Monday - Friday working week - 40 hours per week

You will ideally have experience working in the social housing sector in a similar role dealing with tenants daily.
Excellent customer service skills
A full driving licence along with your own transport.
