Planner– 37.5 hours
Where: JoJo House, Battersea (hybrid – 3 days in office)

Who you are:
You are a commercially aware and highly organised planning professional with strong numerical and analytical skills. You are detail focussed and confident, and enjoy working with data, spotting trends and supporting decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.
Collaborative and proactive, you work well with Merchandising, Buying, Finance and Channel teams to ensure plans are aligned and information is shared clearly. You take a structured, solutions-focused approach and maintain a strong customer mindset while supporting commercial objectives.
Your role in the JoJo story:
As Planner at JoJo, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Trading Director and wider Merchandising team by bringing clarity to our trading and planning insights. You’ll consolidate data from across the business, spot trends, and ensure information is shared clearly between teams, helping everyone make confident, well-informed decisions through strong visibility of performance.
A peek into your daily adventures:
Trading
* Produce trading period lessons learnt across depts including full price, promotions & markdown to influence future decisions.
* Create month end trading summaries.
* Maintain up to date company Stock and Buy forecasts to support the Head of Merchandising.
* Be the point of contact between Merchandising & Channels for coordinating key product collections.
* Communicate insights and agreed actions across departments, ensuring alignment and follow up on progress.
* Support Trading Director with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
Planning
* Support the management of the total company WSSI, covering both planning and trading performance, highlighting opportunities and risks to the Head of Merchandising.
* Produce and maintain company-level roll ups for seasonal sales and buy plans, sharing outputs with relevant stakeholders.
* Plan the seasonal buy requirement for B2B partners, working in close collaboration with both dept merchandisers and the B2B/International team.
* Support teams in creating and enforcing standardised formats for key trading and planning meetings.
* Track and report stock levels and intake phasing across the business in line with agreed targets.
* Maintain the Merchandising Critical Path and feed into the company Critical Path, ensuring key milestones are tracked and communicated.
* Coordinate actions required across departments for loading promotions, implementing price changes and managing stock transfers.
* Collate markdown proposals against forecasts and highlight areas of risk and opportunity to the Head of Merchandising.
