Sachet Factory is a fast-growing start-up specialising in manufacturing premium stick pack products for some of the biggest health and wellness brands in the UK. We are moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility in June 2025 to meet the growing demand for our products.
As we scale our operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented End of Line Quality Assurance & Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a brand-new company and gain hands-on training in food manufacturing quality systems.

About the Role
As our End of Line Quality Assurance & Warehouse Administrator, you'll be the crucial link between production, quality, and stock management. You'll make sure every finished product meets our standards, every batch is accurately documented, and the right stock is always in the right place at the right time.
You'll be trusted to keep us compliant, audit-ready, and running smoothly—because when you do your job well, the entire operation performs at its best.
Key Responsibilities (with training and support provided)
* Perform end-of-line quality control checks on finished products.
* Conduct material sampling to ensure materials and packaging meet requirements.
* Maintain accurate, compliant batch documentation to guarantee full traceability.
* Verify that all finished products meet company and regulatory standards before release.
* Create & Provide Labels to End of Line Operator to apply to secondary packaging
* Work closely with production and quality teams to keep processes flowing without delays.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in food safety, compliance, and efficiency.
* Filling out controlled forms as supporting document for the Batch Record
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a quality control or assurance role within food, supplements, or related manufacturing.
(Desirable but not essential) Exposure to HACCP, risk assessments, or SOPs—training will be provided.
* A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy under pressure.
* Confidence in handling batch documentation and compliance requirements.
* Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word.
* Proactive approach—you spot issues before they escalate.
* Clear communicator with a team-first mindset.
