What youll do on a typical day: Assess candidates driving capability during the recruitment process, and developing drivers skills throughout their careers Conducting Driver Assessments for new and existing drivers, including post-accident assessments. Delivering RTITB training to every driver annually. Delivering DCPC courses to ensure that all drivers complete 35 hours training every five years. Ensuring that the Driver Training Matrix is maintained in line with timescales and GXO policies. Monitor driver infringements and deliver DCRS re-training in line with points system. What you need to succeed at GXO Excellent driving skillsand in-depth knowledge of road safety and transport regulations Experience of delivering training to drivers PTLLS Qualified (desirable), other train the trainer qualifications may be accepted An ability to adapt your teaching style to accommodate each learner A valid CE LGV Driving Licence is essential We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
