Finance Division
We are seeking a financial processes officer to join the finance division. You will be responsible for ensuring financial processes are well communicated so that colleagues across the University are empowered to deliver effective financial administration.
Location: Great Clarendon Street, Oxford with a requirement for 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to come in for meetings/workshops.
Salary: £39,424 - £47,779 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
* Support continuous improvement to optimise financial processes across the University
* Develop and communicate materials to empower colleagues to uphold best practice of finance operations
* Work closely with stakeholders to maintain and improve financial guidance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
* Run workshops and lead presentations to identify financial process issues and possible solutions using continuous improvement (e.g. LEAN) tools
About You
* Strong understanding of financial management and controls
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in website maintenance and creating engaging financial content
* Risk-based approach to financial process improvement
