The Opportunity
As our newClient Service Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients - helping to deliver an exceptional client experience every day. You’ll work closely with our paraplanners and financial planners, supporting their work and ensuring our clients always feel valued, informed, and cared for.

What You’ll Do
* Be the first point of contact for client enquiries; handling calls, emails, and secure communications
* Manage client scheduling, meeting invitations, and documentation for annual planning meetings
* Support clients with a variety of requests (withdrawals, deposits, portfolio changes, etc.)
* Liaise with financial planners and paraplanners, providing updates and ensuring smooth communication
* Organise and prepare for client meetings, ensuring a five-star welcome
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and communications
* Work within Mercury Insight (moneyinfo – our client portal) and other platforms to ensure compliance and client data security
* Proactively keep clients updated throughout our onboarding and ongoing service processes

* Clear written and verbal communication – professional, positive, and personable
* A genuine interest in delivering great service and building relationships
* Confidence using Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn new systems
* An eagerness to learn and grow; whether you’re starting your career or bringing experience from another role
* A “work hard, play hard” approach – you love being part of a close-knit team
Bonus points for:
* Experience in a regulated or professional services environment
* Familiarity with Transact, XPLAN, moneyinfo, Asana
* An interest in artificial intelligence
* Confidence communicating with providers or external partners
