Your Mission You'll play a critical role in shaping and running the business - working alongside the BizOps Director to close the gap between strategy and execution. From embedding new initiatives to solving complex, messy problems, this role ensures that what we aspire to achieve gets delivered across the company. Your work will span high-impact projects; including development, market expansion, or internal operations - depending on where we need you most. You'll help identify what's broken, build a plan to fix it, and deliver it with structure and pace. Some initiatives may involve stepping into a business area in the short term, creating systems and structure, and handing it off once running smoothly. You'll be highly cross-functional, working closely with leaders from Ops, Data, Growth, and our Customer team to surface issues, craft solutions, and embed change. This role balances execution and strategy, and is ideal for someone who's just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are stepping back to see the bigger picture.
